In September Al Fuller and Roxanne McLeod from the MusicConnect team presented papers at the annual Australian Music Therapy Association (AMTA) conference, held in Melbourne. Roxanne and Al co-presented the paper: "Connection, Collaboration, and Communication: Tele-intervention music therapy services for young children with hearing loss and their families" and Al presented the paper: "Developing a Culture-Centred Music Therapy Framework". Both papers were very well received with good discussion and potential collaborations resulting. Cynthia Cheng from the MusicConnect team also attended the AMTA conference.
Roxanne and Al have recently been accepted to present another paper on Music Therapy Tele-Intervention at the World Federation of Music Therapy Conference to be held in Tsukuba, Japan in July 2017
